Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of our Customer Care Executives (CCEs). They will work closely with the team to ensure high-quality customer service, efficient complaint resolution, and effective information dissemination. This role is integral to maintaining and improving our company's reputation and customer satisfaction levels.
- Supervise and mentor a team of Customer Care Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze customer interactions to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences, including effective hand-offs and efficient issue resolution.
- Develop and implement processes to streamline customer support operations, focusing on efficiency and quality.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to CCEs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service, and implement innovative solutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct.
- Manage and prioritize a heavy workload, effectively delegating tasks to the team while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to align with business objectives and deliver exceptional service.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
