Experience Frasier.

Love fine dining, great service, and being where the action is? We’re looking for a Dining Assistant Manager who thrives on hands-on floor leadership and elevated hospitality.

  • Do you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing service environment?
  • Are you a self-starter who can work independently while staying connected to the team?
  • Do you enjoy building relationships—getting to know residents, guests, and team members through everyday interactions?

Frasier is seeking a talented, passionate, and hospitality-driven Dining Assistant Manager to support our front-of-house dining operations. This role highlights the best parts of service leadership: being present on the floor, supporting the team in real time, maintaining fine‑dining standards, and ensuring each dining experience feels polished, welcoming, and thoughtfully executed. This position goes beyond dinner service and plays a key role in daily operations, service flow, and resident satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Support the Front‑of‑House Fine‑Dining Experience

  • Support daily dining room operations with a focus on polished service, warm hospitality, and resident satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards for service flow, presentation, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents to ensure dining feels personal, welcoming, and attentive.
  • Maintain awareness of resident preferences, seating, and service expectations.

Hands-On Floor Leadership & Operational Support

  • Be visible and engaged on the dining room floor to support service, guide staff, and address issues in real time.
  • Step into service roles as needed to maintain pacing, quality, and coverage during peak periods.
  • Assist with dining room setup, breakdown, and resetting between meal periods to ensure readiness and efficiency.
  • Communicate service challenges, staffing needs, and opportunities for improvement to the Dining Manager.
  • Support onboarding and training by reinforcing service standards, professionalism, and team expectations.
  • Create and maintain dining-related documents, including training materials, service guides, schedules, and menu designs, using standard technology tools and templates.
  • Utilize technology effectively to support daily operations, communication, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Ensure Sanitation, Safety & Service Standards

  • Support compliance with sanitation, food safety, and safe food handling practices aligned with HACCP standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready dining environment.
  • Model safety awareness and promptly report hazards or concerns.

What You Will Earn

Pay Range: $22.60-$28.08 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

You’ll enjoy consistent days off on Sunday and Monday, with standard hours of 10:00 AM–6:30 PM. Flexibility is key as we support catering events and dynamic dining operations
