Assistant Manager - E-Commerce, Loyalty & Digital Marketing
ROLE SUMMARY
Lead the growth of the supermarket's e-commerce, loyalty and digital marketing channels by delivering customer-centric strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute the e-commerce, loyalty and digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and online sales.
Manage the loyalty programme, including member acquisition, CRM campaigns, promotions and customer engagement initiatives.
Oversee digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, working closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to optimise performance.
Manage the supermarket's e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience while identifying opportunities to improve sales and conversion.
Analyse customer, campaign and digital performance data to generate insights and recommend initiatives that drive business growth.
Build and manage relationships with digital, media, CRM and technology partners to ensure effective campaign delivery and platform performance.
Stay abreast of emerging digital, e-commerce and loyalty trends, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and strengthen the brand's digital presence.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related field; a professional qualification (CIM / SLIM) or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or loyalty/CRM, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Proven track record of planning and delivering digital and performance marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms, loyalty/CRM programmes and paid media (Meta, Google and similar).
Strong analytical ability, with the confidence to turn data into insight and action.
Retail, FMCG or supermarket experience will be a strong advantage.
