Air Emission Improvement to meet Beijing/Miyun Govt. requirements
Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and associated environmental acceptance
Maintain of Pollutant Discharge Permit
In charge of Indoor Air Quality improvement of Oil Mist Project and other air environmental improvement projects.
Improvement of environmental management for workshops including hazardous waste management in warehouse to in line with regulatory requirements and Solid waste management improvement, and Waste management.
Environmental protection tax (EPT) declaration improvement and to reduce cost.
Implement environmental monitoring program to ensure continuous compliance. Maintain environmental documents and operation records to meet ISO14001 and regulatory requirements
Subsidy Application of Oil Mist, Dust Collector and so on.
Sintering Furnace on-line inspection
Land Inspection
Finish the project of Cleaning Production清洁生产
Health and Safety
Site safety evaluation report to meet local government requirements.
Set up safety emergency response plans and ensure filing to the government.
Implement emergency procedure. Organize emergency drills to meet regulation requirements.
Evaluation report of occupational health status to meet regulatory requirements
Improvement of occupational health (OH) and industrial hygiene (H) management including IH monitoring and OH checks.
Contractor safety management.
Identify internal risk and make improvement plan (Safety risk for Equipment, Machine, Building etc. and Fire risk and so on; )
Compliance Assurance and Government Relation
Build, maintain and keep good relationship with relevant government departments in relation to EHS work.
Ensure follow-up of inspection findings and suggestions from Government’s inspections. Ensure 100% compliance.
Energy Conservation and ISO System
Work with JE Energy Specialist to identify and implement energy saving projects.
The transform OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System to ISO45001 has completed, ensure implementation of ISO14001 and ISO45001 certification.
EHS Capability
EHS team management and coaching to become more professional and technical.
Provide EHS training to JEB and Operations Teams and other functions to enhance/improve HSBC overall EHS capability at the plant.
Ensure HSBC management and workforce understand and implement JE’s EHS Management System.
ESG reports, monthly information reports, yearly summarize reports
