Assistant Manager

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Support claims adjudication processes, payment workflows, and benefit configurations.
• Develop reports, queries, and data extracts for operational and business reporting.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders during project implementation.

Lead data analysis, design dashboards, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior analysts, ensure actionable insights delivery.

Configure, customize, and maintain QNXT modules including Claims, Benefits, Providers, Membership, and Eligibility.

• Develop and support QNXT enhancements, custom workflows, and business rules.

• Design and implement integrations between QNXT and external systems using EDI, APIs, and healthcare data standards.
