• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using VBA, Python, and Excel-based tools.
• Analyze insurance business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Develop automated reports, reconciliations, data validations, and workflow solutions.
• Support insurance operations, reporting, and financial processes through automation and analytics.

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Perform testing, deployment, and post-implementation support for automation projects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and process control documents.

Collaborate with business and operational teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
