StuyTown Property Services is responsible for taking care of the almost 28,000 residents that live in our community on the East River between 14th St. and 23rd St.

We are looking for someone to become a member of our Facilities Maintenance team who is able to help lead the Trades team with field supervision, project scheduling and management, drive process efficiencies, internal/external communication, and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.

What you will do:
- Supervise daily field operations across maintenance trades, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
- Plan, schedule, and oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and small projects from start to finish
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase repair efficiency and reduce downtime
- Coordinate vendors and contractors, including scheduling, scope review, and performance oversight
- Communicate with residents, vendors, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues
- Lead, coach, and support maintenance team members to drive accountability and results
What you should have:
- 3-5+ years of Facilities and/or Project Management experience
- Experience with maintenance related repairs in residential apartments
- Ability to think outside the box to find process efficiencies
- Good computer skills necessary to manage work order creation and reporting
- Able to multi-task under high pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability and able to assist during urgent/emergency situations
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to work various shifts as needed
What we offer:

Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
