Assistant Manager, Finance & Accounting

We welcome candidates with strong SAP and analytical skills, preferably gained within the healthcare or public sector.

Duties & Responsibilities: -

• Prepare and perform variance analysis for management reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly audit schedules
• Prepare month-end and year-end closing accruals, including reconciliation.
• Support internal and external audits
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting exercises
• Work closely with HR and other stakeholders on manpower subvention.
• Manage and oversee grant-funded programs, monitor grant utilization, budget balances and claim submission timelines
• Liaise with funding agencies, internal stakeholders and auditors on grant-related matters
• Support ad-hoc duties and assignments as and when required.

Requirements: -

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with at least 3 years’ accounting and management reporting experience.
• Knowledge in SAP and relevant experience in healthcare industry will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Independent, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, proactive and self-motivated team player with strong analytical skills
