At JazzSure Insurance, the Finance function plays a key role in enabling seamless business operations through strong financial controls, accurate processing, and effective stakeholder management.

As Assistant Manager Finance (AP & Operations), you will manage key Accounts Payable activities, vendor reconciliations, payments, and insurance claims-related financial processes while ensuring compliance with internal controls, tax requirements, and approval protocols.

Requirements

What you'll own

• Accounts Payable Management: Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable activities, including invoice verification, booking, approvals, and timely vendor payments.
• Vendor Reconciliations & Payments: Conduct vendor reconciliations, resolve outstanding balances, and address payment-related queries effectively.
• Claims Payments Processing: Review and process insurance claims payments, ensuring complete documentation and appropriate approvals are in place.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Claims and other internal teams to facilitate timely claims settlements and payment processing.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies, approval matrices, tax requirements, and support month-end closing and financial reporting activities.
• Process Improvement & Controls: Contribute to automation, process enhancements, and maintain strong financial controls across Finance operations.

• Invoices, vendor payments, and claims payments are processed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Vendor reconciliations are completed regularly, with discrepancies resolved promptly and effectively.
• Claims settlement processes run smoothly through effective coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Finance operations consistently comply with company policies, approval requirements, and applicable tax regulations.
• Month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting deliver accurate and reliable financial information.
• Process improvements and automation initiatives enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control within Accounts Payable operations.

You may be a strong fit if you

• Are a CA Finalist, CA, ACCA, or hold an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Bring 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting functions.
• Have hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, vendor management, payments, and reconciliations.
• Possess exposure to insurance claims accounting and payment processing, which will be considered an advantage.
• Have strong working knowledge of MS Excel and experience with ERP or accounting systems.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage timelines effectively.
