Finance by taking up the current BAU tasks </span><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:DarwinSans;">to
manage Reporting for Shareholders, Regulatory and Statutory including </span><span lang="en-us" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:DarwinSans;" xml:lang="en-us">closure of financial statements & engagement with the auditors.</span></h3><p class="Default"><b><span style="font-size:11pt;color:#4F81BD;"><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;">Key focus areas:</span></span></b></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:11pt;text-indent:-18pt;">Ensure timely preparation and closure
of financial statements monthly as per GAAP and Regulatory norms</span></li><li><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:11pt;text-indent:-18pt;">Analyzes of key movements,
compliances, duly explain in the review meetings</span></li><li><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:11pt;text-indent:-18pt;">Steer and support audit/review
process every quarter and get the financial statements certified</span></li><li><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:11pt;text-indent:-18pt;">Ensure timely and accurate filing of
regulatory returns and other formats as required</span></li><li><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:11pt;text-indent:-18pt;">Review and confirmation that the
Control activities (review of recons, follow up on exceptions etc) that are
documented under the Risk Control Matrices are done and documented</span></li><li><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:11pt;text-indent:-18pt;">Support ICoFR process around all the
financial accounting and reporting to ensure that all requirements of company
level internal control framework are addressed.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:11pt;text-indent:-18pt;">Develop appropriate system/reports to
aid in the management and mining of financial information</span></li><li><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:11pt;text-indent:-18pt;">Enhance process efficiencies and
analytics design pertaining to reporting</span></li><li><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:11pt;text-indent:-18pt;">Assist in exercising other critical
reporting review</span></li><li><span style="text-indent:-18pt;font-size:11pt;font-family:DarwinSans;">Maintain updated documentation of all
key processes in financial closure and recurring reporting’s to the regulator

experience in a mid-size audit firm handling audit and accounting of BFSI
clients.</span></li><li style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:11pt;text-indent:-18pt;">Good knowledge of Ind AS is a must</span></li><li style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:11pt;text-indent:-18pt;">Strong oral and written communication
skills and be able to manage key stakeholder relationships across the
organization</span></li><li style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:11pt;text-indent:-18pt;">Ability to take ownership and deliver
