5. Performance Monitoring and Analytics

  • Develop relevant process KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting routines.
  • Establish baseline performance, monitor trends, and identify exceptions requiring corrective action.
  • Provide clear insights to management on process effectiveness, maturity, risks, and improvement priorities.
  • Track project outcomes such as cycle-time improvements, reduction in manual work, error reduction, user experience, and control effectiveness.

6. Internal Controls and Compliance

  • Embed proportionate preventive and detective controls within finance processes and system workflows.
  • Partner with control owners, Internal Audit, external auditors, and relevant stakeholders to address process-related findings and risks.
  • Monitor remediation actions and support sustainable closure of control gaps.
  • Promote disciplined execution, clear evidence retention, and compliance with applicable finance policies and requirements.

7. Training, Change and Stakeholder Management

  • Develop and deliver process training, onboarding programs, user guidance, and refresher sessions.
  • Prepare change impact assessments, communications, and adoption plans for new processes and systems.

  • Maintain project plans, priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and action logs.
  • Coordinate multiple initiatives while balancing urgency, business impact, risk, and available resources.
  • Prepare concise management updates, recommendations, and decision papers for leadership review.
