Assistant Manager, Financial and Management Reporting
Responsibilities
- Prepare month-end closing, reconciliations and financial reporting on a timely basis
- Prepare audit schedules and perform financial analysis as required
- Coordinate with the internal and external parties to handle day-to-day duties
- Assist in year end audit enquiries for responsible entities
- Provide support for daily financial functions within the team
- Provide accounting and financial reporting assistance with new business initiatives
- Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
- 5 years of work experience in finance and/or accounting. Experience with Big 4 audit firms is considered a plus
- Qualified Accountant with professional qualifications such as HKICPA or equivalent is advantageous
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
- Good time management skills and the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Interests in leveraging AI for automation is a plus
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Finance Associate
