This is your chance to become a key part of the management team and help shape the next chapter of a truly historic pub.

Working alongside the General Manager, you’ll:

• Support the day-to-day running of a busy Mayfair pub.
• Lead from the front and set the standard for exceptional hospitality.
• Coach, motivate and develop the team, helping people reach their potential.
• Build strong relationships through clear, confident and positive communication.
• Take ownership of shifts and ensure every customer receives a brilliant experience.
• Drive sales across food, drinks and key sporting occasions.
• Make the most of the pub’s location, customer base and busy trading environment.
• Build relationships with regulars, visitors and the local community.
• Maintain consistently high standards across service, food, drink, cleanliness and safety.
• Support the General Manager in achieving the pub’s commercial goals.
• Step up and lead the business in the General Manager’s absence.
• Bring fresh ideas, energy and ambition to the pub.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader or in a similar hospitality role.
• Genuinely loves hospitality and takes pride in delivering great customer experiences.
• Has strong people-management and communication skills.
• Can coach, develop and motivate a team.
• Leads by example and isn't afraid to get stuck in.
• Is confident managing busy shifts and maintaining high standards.
• Has a commercial mindset and understands how to maximise every opportunity.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-profile pub environment.
• Can build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Is ambitious and wants to progress their career with Greene King.
• Brings personality, energy and a genuine passion for hospitality.
