ASSISTANT MANAGER, GROUP BUSINESS PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

As an <b>Assistant Manager, Group Business Performance Management</b>, you will report to the Head of Group Performance & Planning.</p><p>You will be a key driver in monitoring the health of the business across the region. You are expected to be hands-on in managing cross-functional initiatives, working closely with Commercial, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure the Group’s performance trajectory and strategic KPIs are met.</p><hr /><h2><b>Your Day-to-Day</b></h2><ul><li><p><b>Performance Governance:</b> Define, monitor, and drive key performance metrics across Group functions (Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations) to ensure alignment with regional goals.</p></li><li><p><b>Reporting & Visibility:</b> Lead the design and maintenance of standardized dashboards and reporting tools to provide end-to-end visibility for Top Management and actionable insights for ground operations.</p></li><li><p><b>Deep-Dive Analysis:</b> Perform root-cause analysis on performance gaps, identifying underlying business risks, bottlenecks, or rooms for improvement that impact the Group's bottom line.</p></li><li><p><b>Project Management:</b> Track the progress of strategic initiatives; proactively identify, report, and resolve risks to ensure on-time delivery of business outcomes.</p></li><li><p><b>Stakeholder Communication:</b> Prepare and present high-quality materials tailored for diverse audiences, translating complex data into clear narratives for management and operational teams.</p></li><li><p><b>Operational Assistance:</b> Support the Retail and Commercial managers in evaluating car value estimates and market trends to expedite decision-making processes.</p></li></ul><hr /><h2><b>Your Know-How</b></h2><ul><li><p><b>Education:</b> University Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related analytical field.</p></li><li><p><b>Experience:</b> 4–6 years of experience in <b>Business Performance Management</b>, operations strategy, management consulting, or business analytics.</p></li><li><p><b>Technical Skills:</b> High proficiency in <b>Excel (Data Modelling & Visualization)</b>. Experience with <b>SQL, Power BI, or Tableau</b> is highly preferred.</p></li><li><p><b>Financial Literacy:</b> Strong ability to read and interpret <b>P&L statements</b> and accounting entries to relate operational KPIs to financial performance.</p></li><li><p><b>Analytical Mindset:</b> Expert in variance analysis, KPI design, and impact measurement within a fast-paced or startup environment.</p></li><li><p><b>Soft Skills:</b> Proven ability to organize and prioritize work independently while managing stakeholders across different departments and regions.</p></li><li><p><b>Adaptability:</b> Comfortable working under pressure in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment.</p></li></ul>
