Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned hospitality service portfolios, including housekeeping, waste management, pest control, landscaping, linen and laundry, and portering services.

• Monitor vendor performance against contractual KPIs, SLAs and service standards.

• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, regulatory requirements, audit standards and workplace safety regulations.

• Review service quality and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders and service providers to resolve operational issues and address service gaps.

• Oversee contract governance, performance reporting and documentation to ensure accountability and audit readiness.

• Support budgeting, procurement and financial management to optimise resources and achieve value for money.

• Lead or participate in projects and initiatives to strengthen service delivery and operational effectiveness.

• Support team development through coaching, engagement and knowledge sharing.
