Job Description

Support hospitality and service operations within a hospital environment, with a strong focus on contract, vendor and service management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate contracts relating to hospitality and support services
• Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure agreed service standards are met
• Monitor vendor performance, service quality and contractual obligations
• Coordinate service reviews and follow up on operational issues
• Support procurement and contract renewal activities
• Review service requirements and identify opportunities for operational improvements
• Monitor service-related expenditure and support budget management
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address service and operational matters
• Prepare reports and updates on vendor and contract performance
• Support implementation of initiatives to improve the overall patient and visitor experience
