Assistant Manager, Group Hospitality (Service Contracts, Vendor Management, Facilities Support, Healthcare) #HDC1

A public healthcare institution is looking for an Assistant Manager to oversee hospitality and support services across its campus. You will manage service providers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, well-run environments.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the management of hospitality, environmental and healthcare support services across the campus
• Manage service contracts and drive vendor performance against KPIs, SLAs and operational standards
• Engage senior management, operations teams, vendors and end-users on service requirements
• Lead service improvement initiatives and operational projects
• Oversee audits, compliance requirements and service recovery matters
• Review vendor performance reports and take corrective action
• Resolve service issues quickly and professionally
• Prepare presentations, reports and recommendations for management
• Monitor budgets and cost control for service contracts
• Support continuous improvement and customer experience initiatives

What You'll Bring

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Facilities Management or a related discipline and above
• Experience managing hospitality, facilities, environmental services, healthcare support or similar operations
• Strong contract and vendor management experience
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders including senior management
• Proven ability to manage service improvements, audits and compliance
• Strong presentation and stakeholder influencing skills
• Confident, proactive and analytical
• Prior healthcare, hospitality or facilities experience is an advantage
