Assistant Manager-GTS
Roles & responsibilities
As a Solution Architect own and govern solution architecture for Azure based platforms, with a strong focus on data architecture, data pipelines, and cloud native design. The individual will ensure technical scalability, reliability, and alignment with enterprise standards while guiding development teams.
Responsibilities:
• Define and own end to end solution architecture on Microsoft Azure
• Provide architectural oversight for data ingestion, transformation, and storage pipelines
• Establish and enforce cloud and data architecture standards
• Guide senior developers and vendors on design patterns and implementation approaches
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex engineering and integration issues
Required Skills (Must Have)
• Microsoft Azure Cloud Architecture (enterprise scale, cloud native patterns)
• Python (advanced proficiency, including architectural level usage)
• Data management and data pipelines, including large scale data processing
• Strong experience with distributed systems and integrations.
Optional / Nice to Have Skills
• Blockchain / distributed ledger experience (explicitly optional
Leadership Justification
• Required to reduce architectural risk, ensure scalability, and provide technical governance
• Avoids fragmented designs and rework across multiple development teams.
• Acts as a force multiplier by enabling faster and safer delivery by downstream engineers
