POSITION SUMMARY:
The Assistant Manager assists in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care through coordination of daily operations including clinical workflows, clinical staff training, and satisfaction of quality measures; maintains departmental supply needs and OSHA compliance. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Manager in the business and clinical operations of the department.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent, required
AND one of the following is required:
At least two (2) years of prior medical supervisory experience in a clinic setting, or,
Strongly prefer: Graduation certificate from an accredited school of nursing (RN)
If a nurse, current MS state licensure is required
Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field, preferred
Working knowledge of clinical workflows in an outpatient setting to provide superior patient care and assistance to physicians/providers, preferred
QUALIFICATIONS:

Dependable, punctual, and highly detail‑oriented
Strong multitasking and independent‑work capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Accurate documentation skills
Ability to follow established workflows consistently
WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
