As an Assistant Manager, Group Hospitality (Healthcare / West), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage the Group Hospitality portfolio covering Housekeeping, Waste Management, Pest Control, Landscaping, Linen & Laundry, and Portering Services.

• Drive vendor performance against contractual KPIs, service standards, and stakeholder expectations.

• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, regulatory, audit, and workplace safety requirements.

• Monitor service quality and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and user experience.

• Partner internal stakeholders and service providers to resolve issues and close service gaps.

• Oversee contract governance, performance reporting, documentation, budgeting, and procurement.

• Lead service improvement projects to strengthen operational resilience and service delivery.

• Build a collaborative, engaged, and high-performing team through coaching and knowledge sharing.

• Any other ad doc duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Possess a recognised Degree, preferably in contract management in Healthcare / Hotel Setting / Horticulture, Certified Practicing Horticulturist (CPH), or related field
