Assistant Manager - HR
1.Determine current staffing needs, prepare manpower forecasts, and deploy recruitment strategies at the organizational level.
2.Gather all relevant information regarding open positions from HODs.
3.Source and identify quality talent for senior and critical positions.
4.Design, plan, and execute recruitment and selection processes including interviews, screening calls, and assessment methods.
5.Introduce and implement various evaluation tests to ensure quality hiring.
6.Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans aligned with organizational goals.
7.Ensure timely sourcing and closure of positions within defined TAT as per SOPs.
8.Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
9.Supervise and guide recruitment team members to achieve hiring targets.
10.Organize and participate in career fairs, campus drives, assessment centers, and recruitment events.
11.Prepare recruitment MIS reports and analyze recruitment metrics for process improvement.
12.Conduct employment verification and background check processes.
13.Possess strong understanding of recruitment methods and selection techniques and implement them effectively.
Employer Branding
14.Lead employer branding initiatives and promote organizational USP’s to attract top talent.
15.Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
HR Operations & Employee Engagement
16.Handle HR Operations activities including Training & Development, Welfare Activities, R&R Programs, and Employee Engagement initiatives.
17.Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of employees.
18.Maintain HR documentation, records, and reports accurately.
Leadership & Compliance
19.Lead and manage the HR team effectively.
20.Ensure adherence to HR policies, statutory compliances, and organizational guidelines.
21.Support management in implementing HR strategies and organizational development initiatives.
Requirements

Qualification & Experience
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Pharma / Manufacturing industry
