Assistant Manager, Human Resource (Construction Industry)
Our client is in construction industry (Grade A1 Contractor/ Class 1 General Builder), and they provide full suite of integrated construction services and solutions in both the public and private sectors. Currently, they are seeking for Assistant Manager, HR to be part of the team.
JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)
- Leads a small HR team
- Provide full spectrum of HR function, except payroll
- Update and maintain relevant HR info databases
- Maintain an effective and user-friendly document control and filing system
- Participate in continuous improvement on HR work processes and create SOPs and documentations
- Assist with MOM related survey
- Support in other ad-hoc HR projects and activities as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in HR, or Business Administration/ Studies
- Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience
- Detailed-oriented with strong sense of confidentiality
- Pro-active, resourceful and meticulous
