Assistant Manager - Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

- HR Business Partnering: Partner with business leaders and managers on employee engagement, performance management, talent retention, employee relations, and workforce planning.

- Learning & Development: Execute learning initiatives, capability-building programs, leadership development, and role-based learning interventions; track effectiveness and business impact.

- Talent Management: Drive talent reviews, high-potential identification, succession planning, career development, and performance and potential assessments.

- HR Analytics: Build dashboards, analyse HR metrics, identify trends, and generate actionable insights on attrition, hiring, performance, productivity, talent, and manpower costs.

- HR Projects & Process Improvement: Lead and execute strategic HR projects, streamline processes, and translate business priorities into measurable people outcomes.

- AI & Digital HR: Actively use AI tools and automation in day-to-day HR work to improve analysis, reporting, communication, content creation, and process efficiency.
