Job Description
Job Location : Baner Designation: Assistant Manager HVAC
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overall responsibility of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom Systems, CCTV, Security and Safety Systems of the project (Commercial Projects)
- To prepare detailed BOQ
- Checking the BOQ of consultant & preparing purchase requisition
- Planning and design in the areas of MEP systems including developing standards and inspection procedures for MEP matters
- Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all HV and LV Panels, Cables, Transformers, DG Sets etc.
- Co-ordination and liaison with Architects, Consultants, Contractors and Engineers with regard to design aspects related to MEP.
- Review and provide design inputs on Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom Systems, CCTV, Security and Safety Systems

UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Diploma in Mechanical
