Assistant Manager (Information Technology)

Salary: $4,200 – $6,200 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the EUSS contracted team across all EUC functions, including:

  • Helpdesk support

  • Device provisioning and asset management

  • Software and patch deployment

  • User account and access management

• Monitor ticket queues and review the quality of resolutions to ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within the stipulated SLAs.

• Work with the EUSS team to implement corrective actions where service standards are not met, and escalate issues where necessary.

• Track the EUSS team's performance against agreed KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management review.

• Supervise the EUSS contracted team to ensure deliverables are in accordance with the agreed scope of work and service standards.

• Take charge of the overall overview and coordination of EUSS operations.

• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong follow-through.

• Ensure vendors are held accountable to their contractual obligations.

• Work effectively as a team player while also being able to work independently, with strong operational awareness.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in End User Computing (EUC).

• Strong project management skills with strong operational awareness.

• Understanding of the public sector environment and processes.

• Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Ability to hold vendors accountable to their contractual obligations.

• A team player who is also able to work independently.
