Assistant Manager – Investment Banking, Capital Market Department

Responsibilities:

• Originate, structure and execute bond/equity underwriting transactions;
• Work closely with internal and external partners and manage due diligence and documentations;
• Perform credit analysis, covenant structuring and perform valuation analysis;
• Participate in projects or ad-hoc task as assigned by Management;
• Support in developing and maintaining client relationships and exploring new business opportunities;
• Assist in preparing pitchbooks, terms sheets and marketing materials.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines;
• Investment Banking related work experience preferred;
• Strong track record of executing transactions from origination to closing are preferred;
• Holder of Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) Type 1 and 4 license;
• Self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills;
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
