Assistant Manager- Investor Services
Purpose of the Job:
Take the lead in delivering exceptional investor services to a diverse portfolio of fund clients while helping to shape a collaborative and high-performing team. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in managing investor servicing activities across the full fund lifecycle, building trusted relationships with investors, fund managers and internal stakeholders to deliver an outstanding client experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced investor services professional looking to deepen their technical expertise and expand their leadership skills within a growing global business. You'll contribute to investor onboarding, capital activity, reporting and client servicing while supporting the development of colleagues and enhancing the overall investor experience across a diverse range of fund structures.
Main responsibilities
- Take ownership of investor servicing activities across a portfolio of fund clients, delivering a seamless experience throughout the investor lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with investors, fund managers and internal stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact for investor-related matters.
- Support investor onboarding activities, including investor due diligence and the maintenance of high-quality investor records.
- Coordinate subscription, capital call, distribution and redemption activities across a diverse range of fund structures.
- Partner with Accounting and Administration teams to support investor transactions, reporting and fund operations.
- Support FATCA and CRS reporting activities, helping to maintain accurate investor information and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Contribute to the preparation and delivery of investor communications and client reporting.
- Monitor and maintain investor data within internal systems, supporting accurate and efficient service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve client experience and strengthen operational effectiveness.
- Support and develop team members through coaching, knowledge sharing and day-to-day guidance.
- Assist with team planning and coordination to support high-quality client outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business on initiatives that support service excellence and business growth.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Experience within investor services, fund administration, trust and corporate services or a related financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of fund structures, investor lifecycle activities and client servicing within the funds industry.
- Knowledge of investor onboarding, capital activity, investor reporting and related operational processes.
- Understanding of FATCA, CRS and investor due diligence requirements within a regulated financial services environment.
- Experience supporting, coaching or developing colleagues within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, investors and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate activities and deliver a high-quality client experience.
