Roles & responsibilities
•Deliver Assets Management and Inventory Accounting services:
•Supervise the recording & booking activities performed by the team.
•Supervise assets, depreciation and valuation.
•Contribute to inventory costing and valuation and calculate inventory depreciation.
•Manage month end closure and prepare related reporting.
•Deliver Cash and Intercompany (ICO) Accounting services:
•Clear transitory accounts.
•Supervise calculation of Forex net positions.
•Supervise bank reconciliations and related adjustments.
•Manage the accounting and month end closure related to cash and intercompany accounting, prepare related reporting.
•Supervise booking of transactions.
•Provide technical accounting services in the area of expertise.
•Master Data Management services.
•Address operational issues and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely manner.
•Monitor operational KPIs and compliance policies and guidelines.
•Supervise and coach the team of accountants.
•Support Closing, Reporting and Tax processes at closing peaks.
•Drive continuous improvement.
Mandatory technical & functional skills
•Strong understanding of the end-to-end A2R processes.
•Expertise in GL accounting, closing and reporting processes and activities.
•Strong problem solving, research & resolution, data analysis skills.
•Strong communication skills with the ability to present at different levels of the organization.
•Effective collaboration skills with peers and strong stakeholder management.
•Sound analytical skills to resolve critical issues and ensure that programs stay on track.
•Strategic thinking and understanding process impacts.
•Transversal mindset and the ability to work across processes, geographies, languages and cultures.
•Fluency in English.

Educational qualifications
•Minimum qualification should be commerce graduate/ PG
Work experience
•7-10 years of work experience as per the above roles and responsibilities
