Assistant Manager
The primary role of the Angular Frontend Developer is to design and build scalable, responsive web applications for an operations management platform. This role involves collaborating with product, backend, and UX teams to translate requirements into intuitive, role-based user experiences, while developing reusable components aligned with enterprise standards. The developer will integrate frontend solutions with SharePoint (Online and On-Prem) to enable seamless workflows and data access, ensuring high performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. The role also includes participating in sprint ceremonies, adhering to governance guidelines, and proactively resolving issues to deliver a reliable and scalable platform experience
Principal Responsibilities
Frontend Development Execution
Design, develop, and maintain Angular-based web applications, translating business and functional requirements into robust, scalable frontend solutions.
SharePoint Integration Development
Build and customize SharePoint (Online and On-Prem) integrations, including SPFx components and list-based interactions to support workflows and data operations.
Reusable Component Development
Create and maintain reusable UI components, templates, and frontend libraries to ensure consistency and accelerate development across modules.
Roles & responsibilities
API Integration & Data Handling
Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and SharePoint services to enable seamless data exchange and real-time interactions.
Performance Optimization
Optimize application performance by improving load times, reducing latency, and ensuring efficient rendering and state management.
Responsive UI Implementation
Develop responsive and cross-browser compatible user interfaces to ensure consistent user experience across devices and environments.
UI/UX & Accessibility Compliance
Implement UI/UX designs aligned with enterprise guidelines to deliver intuitive, role-based user experiences.
Code Quality & Testing
Write clean, maintainable code and implement unit tests; participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure solution quality.
Issue Resolution & Debugging
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects across environments, ensuring stability and reliability of the platform.
Agile Participation & Delivery
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives; complete assigned tasks within defined timelines.
Educational qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
