• Works with the Director of US Systems and Operations to develop and maintain a KPI program that provides leadership with visibility into organizational measures both operational and strategic
• Supports the annual Diversity spend enrichment process as well as quarterly/month reporting related to Spend Analytics, Coupa Analytics among other system tools
• Identifies and consults with internal clients to assess quality/accuracy/value of current reporting and opportunities for improvement
• Serves as an SME and go-to person for any spend analytics or operational reporting needs
• Position will also support various ad hoc analyses and reporting as needed
