•Contract specialist with experience in end-to-end review, drafting, negotiation and finalization of all types of contracts
•Responding to GDPR/Data Privacy related queries
•Managing and responding to ad hoc queries in relation to the contracts
•Help and support to junior and new members of the team
•Second level review support
•People management responsibilities (if applicable)
•Liaising with and supporting other technical departments and business units
•Add value to the guidelines and playbook from a domain perspective and also help team members accordingly
•Display strong client readiness and be pragmatic
•Research and come-up with possible solution while escalating

Educational qualifications
•LLB or LLM
Work experience
•The candidate must have minimum 8 years of post qualification relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm or expertise in commercial and technology agreements in a large MNC
