The key outcome of the role will be the ownership and management of the full lifecycle delivery of learning and development projects, from initial scoping through to implementation and closure. The individual will deliver projects to defined quality standards, ensuring outputs meet both learner and business expectations. The role holder will achieve this by:
•Leading end-to-end project delivery by orchestrating strategic resource allocation, mitigating operational risks, and maintaining strict financial discipline to ensure all milestones are met in a structured project plan

•Orchestrating cross-functional delivery teams, spanning design, development, and testing, while managing key relationships with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to drive the successful achievement of strategic priorities

•Managing end-to-end project governance, implementing rigorous reporting standards and risk management protocols to ensure transparency, operational efficiency, and decisive escalation of blockers to senior leadership.

•Overseeing and managing all administrative aspects of project delivery, including documentation, scheduling, resource coordination and reporting
•
•Acting as the conduit between stakeholders and delivery teams, driving clarity and consistency of project requirements and ensuring delivery of the expected quality
•
•Implementing a continuous improvement cycle for project delivery. Proactively identifying opportunities through data analysis and proven methodologies to enhance and maintain quality standards, budget adherence, and scope integrity.

•Influence and align diverse stakeholders with competing priorities

•Translate business requirements into clear delivery plans
•
•Manage expectations across complex and fast-moving project environments
Stakeholder Interaction & challenges
•Daily interaction with senior business stakeholders, SMEs, Learning CoE teams and global delivery teams.
•The role requires strong stakeholder management capabilities to:
•Influence and align diverse stakeholders with competing priorities
•Translate business requirements into clear delivery plans
•Manage expectations across complex and fast-moving project environments
•Navigate ambiguity, particularly across global and cross-functional teams

Impact, Risk, Accountability & Governance:
•This role has direct accountability for the successful delivery of L&D projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to the required quality standards.
•The Project Manager plays a key role in:
•Mitigating delivery risks through proactive planning and issue management
•Ensuring appropriate governance and reporting structures are in place
•Maintaining consistency and discipline in project delivery methodologies
•Supporting the effective use of resources across the Learning delivery model
Leadership & Management
•The role will report into the Learning Enablement leadership team and will work across a matrixed delivery model. The individual will be responsible for leading project delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives, without direct line management responsibility, but with accountability for coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
