Assistant Manager - Leadership Hiring

We are looking for an experienced Leadership Hiring professional to drive senior and leadership-level recruitment at Redseer. This role is suited for someone who has a strong track record of closing leadership mandates, building senior talent pipelines and partnering with business leaders to hire exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end leadership hiring, from talent mapping and sourcing to offer closure.

- Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, executive search and industry networks.

- Engage passive candidates and manage compensation discussions and offer negotiations.

- Track hiring progress and provide market intelligence to business stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

- 5-7 years of overall recruitment experience, with at least 2-3 recent years dedicated exclusively to leadership hiring.

- Proven track record of independently closing leadership mandates.

- Strong expertise in talent mapping, passive candidate sourcing and executive search.

- Experience engaging senior stakeholders and negotiating offers.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and execution skills.
