Assistant Manager Learning and Development - The Hoxton Bengaluru City
What you’ll do…
- Support the execution of the annual Learning & Development plan aligned with business priorities and brand standards.
- Coordinate and deliver induction programmes, mandatory training sessions and departmental learning initiatives.
- Assist in identifying training needs by working closely with department heads and monitoring operational requirements.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops that enhance technical, behavioral and service excellence skills.
- Maintain and administer the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring training records, compliance and completion reports remain accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate leadership development programmes, talent initiatives and succession planning activities.
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments and performance metrics, recommending improvements where required.
- Support the organization of employee engagement activities, learning campaigns and recognition programmes that encourage a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure all statutory, compliance and brand-training requirements are completed within established timelines.
- Manage training logistics including calendars, training materials, attendance records and communication with participants.

- Experience coordinating training programmes, facilitating classroom sessions, managing learning administration and supporting People & Culture functions is preferred.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training delivery techniques will be an advantage.
- You're confident presenting to groups and communicating with employees at all levels.
- You have excellent organizational skills, can manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong written and spoken English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with Learning Management Systems will be beneficial.
- You’re organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects at once, keeping things moving without losing sight of the detail.
