Assistant Manager, Loyalty & Partnership Marketing

The Assistant Manager, Loyalty & Partnerships Marketing is responsible for identifying, developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue for Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford across Rooms, Food & Beverage and Spa. The role focuses on establishing commercial partnerships with banks, lifestyle brands and third-party distribution channels, while leading Intellectual Property (IP) collaborations, campaign execution, reporting and day-to-day partnership administration.

Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships Development

  • Identify, pitch and secure strategic partnerships with banks, payment providers, travel platforms, lifestyle brands and other compatible partners

  • Develop commercial campaigns that drive incremental revenue across:

  1. Guest Rooms

  2. Restaurants & Bars

  3. MICE

  4. Spa

  • Manage relationships with key partners including banks, card issuers, travel platforms, member programmes and affiliate partners.

  • Negotiate commercial terms, marketing exposure and partnership benefits.

  • Explore new partnership opportunities to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.

  • Review partnership performance and recommend optimisation opportunities.

Intellectual Property (IP) Partnerships

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of licensed IP collaborations (e.g. Disney, Sanrio, DreamWorks or other global entertainment or lifestyle brands).

  • Identify and support the development of new IP partnership opportunities

  • Manage cross-functional project timelines and coordinate stakeholders across Marketing, Revenue Management, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Legal and external agencies to ensure successful campaign delivery.

  • Serve as the primary liaison with IP licensors and brand representatives, facilitating approvals for creative assets, merchandise, marketing collateral and promotional campaigns in accordance with licensing requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with all licensing agreements, royalty requirements, brand guidelines and approval processes throughout the partnership lifecycle.

  • Prepare and facilitate funding proposal submissions, grant documentation and post-campaign reporting for the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) or other funding agencies, where applicable.

Loyalty Programme Management & Marketing

  • Track and monitor hotel performance against annual ALL – Accor Live Limitless and Accor Plus Explorer membership enrolment targets, providing regular performance updates and recommending initiatives to drive acquisition.

  • Support hotel recruitment efforts by working closely with operational teams to increase loyalty enrolments through training, engagement initiatives and localised recruitment tools.

  • Coordinate with hotel departments and the Accor Plus team to facilitate the timely submission of member offers, ensuring accurate loading, campaign setup and promotional visibility across Accor Plus channels.

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of Accor Plus marketing campaigns, ensuring campaign assets, booking links, promotional content and member communications are delivered accurately and on schedule.

  • Liaise with Accor regional and local teams to maximise exposure of hotel offers through Accor Plus marketing channels, including EDMs, offer pages, digital platforms and member communications.

  • Act as the key liaison between the hotel, Accor regional teams and internal departments to ensure seamless execution of loyalty programmes and marketing initiatives.

Reporting & Commercial Analysis

  • Pull and analyse reports from hotel systems and partner platforms

  • Track campaign performance, redemption rates and revenue contribution

  • Prepare weekly and monthly business reports

  • Develop Powerpoint presentations for management and partner meetings, when required

Other Responsibilities

  • Maintain partnership agreements and documentation.

  • Coordinate contract approvals and internal signoffs.

  • Manage partner invoices and purchase requisitions.

  • Track campaign timelines and deliverables.

  • Maintain partnership calendars and renewal schedules.

  • Support budget tracking and accruals where required.

  • Always comply with hotel and department policies and procedures.

  • Assist with other Sales & Marketing projects assigned by the management.

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, marketing, loyalty programmes, or commercial marketing, preferably within the hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.

  • Experience managing strategic partnerships with banks, payment providers, lifestyle brands, or third-party partners is an advantage.

  • Strong business development, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with a commercial mindset.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, marketing campaigns, and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with Power BI, CRM systems, and loyalty platforms is an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organisational skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
