Assistant Manager / Manager, Information Technology

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily IT operations and infrastructure for office and store environments.
• Ensure system stability, security and effective incident resolution.
• Manage IT projects, system implementation, upgrades and digital improvement initiatives.
• Partner with business functions and regional/global IT teams to deliver practical IT solutions.
• Manage IT vendors, service quality, contracts, assets and related expenditure.
• Support cybersecurity, data protection, access control and IT governance.
• Provide IT support for new stores, renovations and other business initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant IT experience; retail or multi-site experience is preferred.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, applications, project and vendor management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity and retail/POS systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Supervisory experience is preferred for Manager-level candidates.
