Assistant Manager / Manager – Lease Administration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full spectrum of lease administration activities across the property portfolio, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.

  • Lead the preparation, review, negotiation support, execution, and administration of lease-related documentation, including Letters of Offer (LOO), Tenancy Agreements (TA), licence agreements, renewals, variations, and terminations.

  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely execution of all tenancy documentation and contractual obligations.

  • Act as the key liaison between tenants, landlords, solicitors, government agencies, and internal stakeholders on lease and tenancy-related matters.

  • Monitor lease expiries, tenancy obligations, rental collections, and critical lease milestones to ensure proactive management of the portfolio.

  • Oversee the maintenance and integrity of lease databases, tenancy records, and document management systems.

  • Partner with Finance and other stakeholders on tenancy billing, rental revisions, reconciliations, and related financial matters.

  • Ensure compliance with lease terms, regulatory requirements, and internal governance policies while mitigating operational and contractual risks.

  • Drive process enhancements, system improvements, and digitalisation initiatives to strengthen lease administration efficiency and controls.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Real Estate, Estate Management, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related discipline

  • At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in lease administration, tenancy management, or related functions, preferably from a landlord, developer, REIT, asset management, or commercial property environment

  • Demonstrated track record of career progression and increasing responsibilities throughout your professional career.

  • Experience in leading or overseeing lease administration activities, with the ability to provide guidance, direction, and support to team members and stakeholders.

  • Commercially minded with the ability to evaluate tenancy matters and support business objectives while safeguarding the Company's interests as a landlord.

  • Commercially aware, proactive, and able to exercise sound judgment when handling tenancy and contractual matters.

  • Looking to build a long-term career within the property sector and take on broader responsibilities over time.
