Assistant Manager / Manager – Ops&IT Department, Treasury & WM Service Unit – PB Operation

Responsibilities:

• Account opening, CRR, CDD and related documents checking, including but not limited to KYC, CRS and FATCA;
• Perform customer information system maintenance;
• Manage daily AML name screening and customer information checking and updating;
• Assist to prepare, review and update work manual, SOP and internal policies and procedures to ensure due compliance with regulatory requirements;
• Communicate and work with internal departments;
• Participate in projects or perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above;
• Candidates with AAMLP qualification is preferred;
• At least 5 years of relevant AML/KYC/CDD experience in Private Banking sector;
• Knowledge and experience in investment products market are preferred;
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Able to work under pressure and is willing to learn;
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel Application with good typing speed in English and Chinese typing;
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, especially Mandarin.
