Working closely with the Store Manager, this role will see you offering leadership support to the team, whilst ensuring operational tasks are completed efficiently.
You’ll provide training, guidance, and supervision, ensuring the team stays focused during busy periods, and remain motivated towards achieving business goals and KPIs. With a dedicated and driven approach, you’ll also lead by example and set the tone for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth store performance
- Lead by example to foster a customer-obsessed culture and deliver meaningful store experiences that reflects the highest industry standards
- Coach and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieving sales targets, budgets and operational KPIs across the full product range
- Foster a collaborative, positive culture that empowers every team member to succeed through ongoing coaching, mentoring and support
- Manage the end-to-end process from store presentation and stock management to compliance with care and accuracy
- Champion a safe workplace by following our health and safety practices
Requirements
- Passion for success and future leadership progression

- Organisational skills and ability to jugglenumerouspriorities
- You will be well presented, professional and havestrong communicationskills
- A background in retail and/or sales leadership
- A background in building products or flooring is an advantage
