Assistant Manager - Networking
are
seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Network Operations to lead a
team of 10+ networking professionals across multiple locations. Based in
Chennai, you will oversee network operations in Tirunelveli, Thanjavur, and
Thoothukudi, ensuring reliable IT infrastructure, designing efficient network
processes, and leading day-to-day operations for our cybersecurity and
healthcare clients.
Requirements
· Lead
and mentor a team of network engineers across sites
· Manage
network infrastructure (Fortinet, D-Link, IPBX, AD, VPN, SD-WAN, ZTNA)
· Oversee
cloud networking (AWS, Azure) and virtualization (VMware ESXi)
· Ensure
network security, compliance, and SLA adherence
· Drive
innovation and automation in network operations
· Handle
escalations, project execution, and vendor coordination
· Maintain
documentation and deliver training sessions
· Support
CCTV, NVR, NAS, and server infrastructure
· Work
rotational shifts and travel as needed
