Assistant Manager, Nursing (Clinic Ops/ Quality) #HHL

Location: Orchard
Salary: Up to $6,400/month
Contract duration: 1-year renewable contract
Working hour: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm; occasional Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing standards, clinical governance and patient safety across clinics.
• Review SOPs and support regulatory compliance and clinical audits.
• Monitor infection control, medication safety and clinical incidents.
• Coordinate nursing training and competency assessments.
• Support equipment management, procurement and new clinic setups.
• Prepare quality reports and drive improvements.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma / Degree in Nursing
• Nursing background with relevant clinical operations or quality experience.
• Knowledge of nursing standards, infection control and patient safety.
• Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
