The role leads employees and contractors to achieve asset performance, availability, contractual, regulatory, HSSE and customer-service objectives.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" Performance</span></p><ul><li style="margin-bottom:4pt;">Lead day-to-day O&M activities across the assigned portfolio of solar and energy assets in Singapore.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4pt;">Ensure plant availability, response time, rectification time, energy generation and other contractual KPIs are monitored and achieved.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4pt;">Oversee remote monitoring and SCADA alarm management, including timely investigation, escalation and closure of faults.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4pt;">Review performance ratio, specific yield, losses, degradation trends and recurring defects, and implement improvement plans.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4pt;">Lead root-cause analysis for significant failures, underperformance and repeated equipment issues.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4pt;">Coordinate planned shutdowns, switching activities and restoration of plant following faults or maintenance.</li></ul><p style="margin-bottom:4pt;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><br /></span></p><p style="margin-bottom:4pt;"><span style="font-size:14px;">Maintenance and Reliability</span></p><ul><li style="margin-bottom:4pt;">Develop and implement preventive, predictive, condition-based and corrective maintenance plans.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4pt;">Ensure maintenance complies with contractual requirements, approved procedures, OEM recommendations and applicable standards.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4pt;">Oversee maintenance of inverters, transformers, switchgear, protection systems, cables, monitoring equipment and balance-of-system assets.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4pt;">Manage annual inspection and testing programmes, including thermography, electrical testing, IV-curve testing and other diagnostic activities where applicable.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4pt;"><span lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">Maintain equipment history, defect registers, maintenance records, service reports and corrective-action tracking.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom:4pt;">Develop a critical-spares strategy and ensure appropriate stock availability across the portfolio.</li></ul><p culture and ensure O&M activities are carried out in accordance with Singapore Workplace Safety and Health requirements, company HSSE rules and customer site requirements.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4pt;">Ensure appropriate risk assessments, safe work procedures, method statements, permits-to-work and lock-out/tag-out controls are in place.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4pt;">Ensure work-at-height, lifting, electrical and other high-risk activities are properly planned, supervised and executed.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4pt;">Lead operational incident investigations, determine root causes and ensure corrective actions are completed.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4pt;">Maintain emergency response and business continuity arrangements for the operating portfolio.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4pt;">Coordinate with relevant authorities, Licensed Electrical Workers and competent persons where required.</li></ul><p with Asset Management, Engineering, Projects, Commercial, Procurement and HSSE teams.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4pt;">Support warranty claims, defect-liability matters and handover of newly responsiveness, productivity and contractual performance.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4pt;">Review technical proposals, quotations and work scopes, and support tender and procurement contractual obligations, service levels, warranties, liquidated-damage exposure and recoverable costs.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom:4pt;">Provide accurate management reporting on performance, Experience</b></span></span></p><ul><li style="margin-bottom:4pt;"><span lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related discipline.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom:4pt;">Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in solar PV, electrical systems or industrial operations, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4pt;"><span lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">Proven experience managing multi-site O&M activities, internal teams, contractors and customer-facing service contracts.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom:4pt;">Good working knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, switchgear, protection systems, SCADA and grid-connected electrical assets.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4pt;">Experience with rooftop, utility-scale or floating PV systems is preferred; BESS experience is an advantage.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4pt;">Familiarity with Singapore WSH requirements, electrical safety controls and local regulatory expectations.</li><li style="margin-bottom:4pt;"><span lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">Relevant Work-at-Height, safety, project management or asset management certifications are advantageous.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom:4pt;">Possession of a valid Singapore driving license and ability to travel between sites
