Assistant Manager-Operations

Position Overview:

The key operational responsibility of this role will be to plan, execute, and launch the digital micro-schools and manage the day-to-day management and smooth operation of the project in various cities in Pakistan.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the field operation of digital micro-schools, including supervising and supporting the field staff.
  
• Manage, support, and build rapport with the growing team of facilitators for better execution of the digital micro-school program.
  
• Establish close coordination between the technical and field teams for the effective implementation of digital micro-schools.
  
• Support the field team, including facilitators, by making frequent field visits, providing feedback on-field progress and challenges, and responding to queries from the field to resolve field challenges timely.
  
• Attend all weekly dashboard calls, participate in SMC/community meetings, and discuss the progress and sustainability of the program.
  
• Share monthly progress reports of micro-schools, highlighting key challenge areas with recommendations, and review in-app analytics data with the technical officer.
  
• Identify other communities in the same area with the help of field staff for micro-school scale-up.
  
• Ensure that the hardware/software is functioning smoothly through the field team and facilitator.
  
• Coordinate with the research, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth project progress and provide constant feedback and solutions to project officers.
  

Requirements

• The minimum required qualification is Bachelors in Social Sciences/Education/Management
  
• Minimum five years of relevant experience
  
• Strong Communication Skills (Oral and Written)
  
• Develop and Maintain Positive Relationships
  
• Attention to Detail(s)
  
• Problem-Solving Skills
  
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office
