General Description

• Provide tactical site and shift leadership, overseeing logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customer service teams to optimize process flow.
• Develop strategies to streamline inbound/outbound logistics processes, improving operational efficiencies and identifying localized cost-saving opportunities.
• Drive operational excellence by leading localized continuous improvement initiatives, waste reduction, and safety enhancement programs.
• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships (e.g., transporters, labor agencies) to ensure third-party SLA compliance.

Experience and Qualification

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience, with at least 2-3 years specifically in people management and leadership.
• Forklift/VNA licenses and WSH certifications are preferred
