Assistant Manager [Organisation Development & Engagement/Govt]

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create staff communications based on feedback from staff engagement sessions and support change management initiatives.
- Manage staff feedback platforms, analyse post-event feedback and engagement data, and track attendance across staff events.
- Support the planning and execution of staff engagement events, including collateral production, distribution, and tracking.
- Support staff engagement activities for an organisation-wide anniversary campaign, including activity scheduling, participation tracking, budget monitoring, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of campaign collaterals to staff.
- Support the delivery of workshops, training sessions, and Brown Bag Sessions, including venue setup, materials preparation, refreshments, and other logistics.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and speakers for Brown Bag Sessions, including scheduling, publicity, EDM creation, photography, and videography.
- Review and improve the new joiner experience and intranet user experience based on staff feedback and user needs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of events, workshops, staff awards, attendance, and engagement activities for knowledge management.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including vendor management and procurement of goods and services in accordance with procurement guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in employee engagement, learning and development, or corporate communications is a plus.
- Prior experience in event planning and coordination, including end-to-end logistics management.
- Proficient in copywriting and EDM creation for internal communications and publicity.
