Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead daily restaurant and bar operations and staff management at hotel lobby lounge and bar.
- Ensure high level of guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Develop new ideas and manage projects to enhance restaurant and bar reputation and maximize revenue.
- Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Train and supervise restaurant and bar staff on best practices and service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and lounge area.
- Be responsible for any other tasks assigned by Department Head.
Qualifications
- Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or F&B Management or related disciplines.
- 3-5 years of working experience in restaurant and bar supervision, preferably in hotel industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.
- Certification in alcohol service is a plus.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
