<p><span style="font-size:14px;"><b>•Study / review layout plans for all drainage and water supply systems, Fire protection systems for all residential and commercial buildings.</b></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><b><br /></b></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><b>•Coordination with Interdepartmental staff, consultants and contractors for all PHE / FPS associated work.</b></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><b><br /></b></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><b>•Coordinate the activities between various contractors and subcontractors Reviewand certify PHE / FPS measurement sheets or bills of the contractors.</b></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><b><br /></b></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><b>•Monitor installation and perform tests on various water and sewage lines for all residential and commercial buildings.</b></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><b><br /></b></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><b>•Perform regular inspection of all materials and works for all PHE / FPS activities.</b></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><b><br /></b></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><b>•Raise Non-Conformance Reports in case of deviations from specifications orindustry best practices. (Technical audits on site for quality monitoring)</b></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><b><br /></b></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><b>•Coordination with the in-house MEP department on project Electrical or Mechanical issues </b></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><b><br /></b></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><b>•Monitoring of the plumbing works on site whether for bldg. or for external works (Incl. water supply and drainage) and firefighting works.</b></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><b><br /></b></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><b>•Reporting of any maintenance problem to department HOD (related to plumbing / f.f. Materials and workmanship.)</b></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><b><br /></b></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><b>•Working out quantities of plumbing or firefighting systems for working out costing of plumbing and firefighting budgets based on available drawings.</b></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><b><br /></b></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><b>•Planning & Monitor the day to day work of Firefighting and plumbing contractors/sub-contractor on site.</b></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><b><br /></b></span></p><p><br /></p>
