We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Operation Specialist to oversee product pricing data and streamline system operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, optimizing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and maintaining comprehensive operational documentation. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in spreadsheet management, possesses strong analytical skills, and is passionate about identifying workflow bottlenecks to drive cross-functional efficiency and operational excellence.

What You Will Do

• Lead a team of 5-15 members, overseeing performance tracking, allocating manpower based on project needs, and adjusting workflows to ensure efficiency and meet evolving requirements.

• Manage Pricing Operations: Own the verification, maintenance, and management of product pricing within our systems, guaranteeing real-time accuracy and data integrity.

• Drive Continuous Improvement: Master existing SOPs and act as a catalyst for change by identifying bottlenecks and proposing concrete workflow optimizations.

• Analyze & Optimize: Partner with the team to evaluate data processing efficiency and design actionable solutions that streamline daily operations.

• Track Performance: Consistently monitor and report on project milestones, achievement rates, and performance metrics for pricing initiatives.

• Champion Documentation: Build, update, and organize critical operational documents to maintain full traceability and compliance.

• Empower the Team: Develop clear system operation guidelines and policies to scale our internal knowledge base.

• Support System Health: Assist in the configuration and daily maintenance of internal systems and tools.

Basic Qualifications

• Proven experience in operational analysis or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, and data visualization software like Tableau
• Strong attention to detail, with a patient, proactive mindset and independent problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders
• Expert-level skills in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) or Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel).
