Job Description

Identify and Assess Emerging Technologies
  • Conduct technology scouting, market sensing and environmental scanning to identify innovative solutions relevant to the Community Care sector.
  • Evaluate opportunities based on sector needs, productivity impact, feasibility and scalability.

Develop and Manage the Innovation Opportunity Pipeline
  • Engage care providers, vendors and ecosystem partners to discover, assess and refine potential Novel Project opportunities.
  • Maintain a pipeline of innovation opportunities and recommend next steps for promising solutions.
Manage End-to-End Novel Project Assessment and Approval
  • Work with applicants to develop project proposals, assess business cases and prepare submissions for Approval Panel review.
  • Provide recommendations on project fit, expected outcomes, ROI and scale-up potential.
Oversee Project Implementation and Outcomes
  • Track project progress, monitor milestones and support completion reviews.
  • Evaluate implementation outcomes, lessons learnt and opportunities for wider sector adoption.
Drive Stakeholder Engagement and Innovation Communications
  • Partner with care providers, government agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders to promote innovation initiatives.
  • Develop engagement materials, webinars and sector communications to support technology adoption and awareness

Job Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant discipline such as business, public administration, healthcare administration, information systems, social sciences or project management; relevant certifications in project, change, digital transformation or grant administration would be advantageous.
  • Preferably 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in grant administration, programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, healthcare/community care, public sector operations or digital/IT-enabled transformation.
  • Experience coordinating stakeholders, preparing meeting or panel materials, tracking deliverables, handling enquiries, and supporting funding, assessment, KPI reporting, procurement or approval workflows.
  • Clear communicator with strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage trackers, follow-ups, timelines and documentation.
  • Analytical, collaborative and adaptable, with good judgement in identifying project fit, risks, ambiguities and escalation points while working with CCOs, vendors, MOH/APO/MOHH and internal teams.
