Assistant Manager Project
Description
Assist in planning and coordinating stadium project activities across multiple stakeholders.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to resolve project issues promptly.
Prepare project status reports and present progress updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards across stadium projects.
Support end-to-end delivery of stadium projects from planning through handover.
Track contractor performance and escalate risks affecting scope, schedule, or cost.
Coordinate design, procurement, and site teams to maintain project alignment.
Review project documentation, approvals, and milestones for timely completion.
Help ensure stadium works meet operational, regulatory, and quality requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
4–5 years of project coordination experience in large-scale construction environments.
Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and contractor coordination.
Experience working with consultants and cross-functional stakeholders on complex projects.
Familiarity with stadium, infrastructure, or major venue development is preferred.
